In order to best position themselves for said growth, Olsson needed to 1) unify 1,000+ team members across multiple offices and 2) better communicate their mission of improving communities to current and potential clients. Enter OBI. We conducted qualitative and quantitative research with their exec team and team members and uncovered two key differentiators: passionate people and projects with purpose. Then we got to work. The Olsson brand launch included everything from a new messaging platform to case study videos to recruitment materials and more. Every piece of communication had one common denominator—purpose. Just like Olsson themselves.
